Now this is a case that really has me scratching my head: where to place it? Science? Well, it's a contract for a temporary liquor permit, so Contracts it is.
Context: After the event, the city expects the party organizers to clean up, naturally:
"En ce qui concerne le remisage des caisses de bières ou autres éléments nutritifs, il sera important que tout soit récupéré au plus tard à 12 h le lendemain de l'événement."
Apart from the typos (or whatever you want to call them), which don't inspire much confidence in the text, I'm not sure, here, how to translate the term. They probably mean they don't wants organic yeasts growing in the park, but nutrients? nutritional elements? The beer drinkers among us would make a case for the nutritional value of barley brew, but really, how to translate it and not look foolish? ;-)

Don't they mean putting away all the unused stuff left over after the drinking (and presumably eating) ?
As opposed to "non-nutritative" items like tables and chairs.

Remember too that French uses "autre" in a way that seems strange to us. It need not actually mean "OTHER nutrients" (as opposed to beer) but simply "foodstuffs".
You know how they say "Vous AUTRES anglais, vous ne comprenez rien à ... l'amour, le vin, le pain, le fromage" (to keep on a strictly (almost) food and beverage track).
"autre" can have a value of reinforcing "contrariness" rather than introducing something different, if you see what I mean!
Bref, I would have read this as "crates of beer or foodstuffs". "autre" may also be intended as a blocker to prevent it reading "caisses DE bières ou (DE) éléments nutritifs", assuming the other things don't necessarily come in crates.

Pour ma part, si je mange des "aliments", je ne mange pas vraiment des "éléments nutritifs"... Chacun ses goûts!
L'expression n'a aucun sens dans le contexte, elle donne seulement une impression de discours scientifique ou technique (pur effet rhétorique) et donc, je n'y vois qu'un synonyme d' "aliments".
"Foodstuffs" n'est peut-être pas mauvais: aussi peu approprié au contexte en anglais que l'expression française...
