English term
remedy
English to French
Law/Patents
Computers: Software
contrat de cession de licence/logiciel
J'ai des doutes quant à la traduction du terme:
In case of the detection of substantial deviations from the service description in the Detailed concept pr major defects of the work rendered by XXX, XXX shall remedy these defects in adequate time.
If XXX fails to remedy in the first attempt, the customer is entitled to set a time limit for the remedy.
"Réparation" serait correct ici?

: 'pallier' would only cover 'quick fixes', probably of a temporary nature.
