Подскажите, как перевести сабж?
Я перевела как proprietary copyright and associated rights, но не уверена.
Заранее спасибо.
Майнові авторські та суміжні права на та щодо всіх матеріалів, копій, сюжетів, робіт (сюжети, слогани, замальовки, слайди, твори, фонограми, аудіо та аудіовізуальні твори, фотоматеріали, зображення, ескізи і т.п.), що були створені та/чи виготовлені та/чи адаптовані (озвучені, перекладені на українську/російську мови, і т.п.) згідно даного Договору АГЕНТСТВОМ /за організації та координації АГЕНТСТВА (далі –Матеріали) АГЕНТСТВО зобов’язане передати ЗАМВОНИКУ за умови повної оплати вартості послуг за відповідним Додатком до Договору.

hi, Misha! in this case we have to distinguish between "the proprietary rights of copyright and related rights" and "the non-proprietary rights of copyright and related rights" as it is stipulated in teh Ukrainian law - I am afraid we have to go this way

Вот Роман ! и Вы туда же :) я же объясняю - при переводу украинских реалий - нужно пользоваться ТОЛЬКО официальными переводами украинских законов в противном случае возможна подмена понятий похожими, но не 100% тождественными, а в юр. текстах это опсано
