welkomstproces Explanation: Ik heb 10 jaar op een personeelsafdeling gewerkt en daar bestond er zoiets als een "welkomstbrochure". Ik veronderstel dat dit een soort "welkomstproces" is waarbij de persoon door meerdere bedrijfsleden wordt begeleid om hem/haar wegwijs te maken. |

opleiding, begeleiding, inwijding Explanation: al dan niet met -proces er achter. Is misschien wat alledaagser, maar als je wat googlet zie je dat 'onboarding' ook heel erg ingeburgerd is in de betekenis van 'ontvangst en begeleiding van nieuw personeelslid'. |
