SIGILLUMQUE AEDIUM APPONI CURAVIMUS = and we have seen to it that the seal of our university and the seal of our college (lit., 'halls') be affixed to this diploma, etc.
Dilpomas are habitually pleonastic. You could trnslate 'aedium' by any number of synonymes, but I think that 'university' should be kept for 'universitatis'.
