Je ne sais pas comment traduire "en mesa".

Pour avoir fait le job de serveuse pendant ma période étudiante, je sais que le terme approprié est service de salle ou service en salle. On ne dit jamais service a la table et le service de table fait référence a la vaisselle. Le service en salle s'oppose au service au bar.
