They're leaving the topic to talk about something else, but they'll come back to it (referring to the "statue") in a minute. That's what it sounds like to me. Another point: Could "que l'on fait bon" be "que l'on fait un bond" and could "statue" be "statut", because that whole sentence sounds weird (because we're talking about a stockholder's meeting - not statues, right? You are probably right that the transcribers didn't do a wonderful job (could it be that the transcribers originally didn't put in articles (le and la) and came back and put in "la" but it shoud be "le statut" or "les statuts". Just a thought. Otherwise, there's a bit of context missing here that would explain them talking about statues all of a sudden. Hope that helps a bit. And, boy did you find yourself quite a job here!
