Please help me understand the term.

In the death certificate I am translating, under the section of the 'informant', there is a sub section entitled 'qualification' and the description is 'Causing the body to be cremated"
The word 'qualification' caused me to panic a bit.
I suppose what is said here is that the informant informed the death, and requested the body to be cremated.
But why 'qualification'? and why "causing"?
It sounds as if the informant is qualified to make the dead body to be cremated, as hard as I can try. Maybe that's what it is. Am I right?

On an English death certificate there is indeed a box headed "Qualification" next to the one headed "Informant", and under "Qualification" the registrar enters the reason why the informant is qualified to register the death - for example, on a death certificate I have in front of me now, the "qualification" is given as "son", because the person registering the death was the son of the deceased.

I'm not sure why "causing the body to be cremated" should be considered a "qualification" in your case - maybe the reason why the person was qualified to register the death was that they were the person taking responsibility for the funeral arrangements.
