I'm translating an orthopedics document (l'enclouage fémoral chez l'enfant atteint d'ostéogénèse imparfaite) and I'm stuck on the terme "alignement de la Dialyse" in the following context:

"Les corrections axiales sont faites par ostéoclasie simple ou par poinçonnage percutané. On peut aussi se servir d’un foyer de fracture récent pour obtenir **l’alignement de la Dialyse**. Il faut bien valgiser le col fémoral."
