ِAlthough you only asked for help with the term "management," both words are somewhat problematic, as evidenced by the variety of suggestions (all of which commonly used).

Regarding the term "management":

IDARA is mostly used in the arena of business or other areas of administration. Although often used in other areas, the term TADBEER has now become more widespread. In fact, even in business and administrative functions, TADBEER seems to gain some ground, because IDARA is also commonly used for "department," which can cause some ambiguity and confusion.

In this context, I am drawn to TAWALLEE, because, at least to my mind, it points to assuming personal responsibility and taking command (being in charge, dealing with the issues, and taking action), as in the famous verse:

ما حك جلدك مثل ظفرك

فتَولَّ أنت جميع أمرك


Now, to the term "stress":

According to the Dictionary of Cultural Literacy, stress is:

". . . a physical factor such as injury, or mental state such as anxiety, that disturbs the body's normal state of functioning.

The term also refers to the physical and mental state produced in the body when it is influenced by such factors. Example: “The stress of the new job was too much for Tim, so he requested reassignment to his old position in the company.”

The point of this citation is that stress is not merely psychological, but physical, too.

IJHAD is the most common term used for it, but Hitti's New Medical Dictionary prefers SHIDDA. In this context, if you are inclined to use SHIDDA, I would advise using the plural SHADA-ID.
