Don't translate

I'm not sure, but I wouldn't translate it. الدلعدي is a شعبي Egyptian word used sometimes to address or refer to people, usually someone you don't respect very much, so it's a bit surprising seeing it before يابا.
You might translate والنبي يالدلعدي يابا sth like "please dear Daddy", "Oh Dad dear please...".
Let's see what others suggest.

neutral Mohamed Ghazal : It is only used to address someone you don't respect so much in a public cat fight. But in such situation it is used sarcasticly the same way habibty could be used. But it is not an insult or rude, it is just very colloquial.
