the effect(s) of (bank) loan readjustment
Loan readjustment is frequently applied to mortgages, so I can't help wondering how useful the reference to financial institutions really is. This 'readjustment' is sometimes known as 'modification' too. The idea is to help avoid people defaulting on repayments
