Même si cette crainte d'un texte prêt postérieurement au Mondial 2010 nest pas à écarter, les enjeux financiers sont trop importants, pour les opérateurs comme pour l'Etat qui va voir enfin des taxes substantielles tomber dans son escarcelle, ce qui dans la période budgétaire actuelle n'est pas anodin.
