Can anyone help with this please? I cannot make any sense of why they would use "Tesná" here... The capital T is in the source text. Not really much immediate context to go on but they are just giving the details with regard to a dialysis operation.

chlap čo ma osobne 3 × rezal, ako aj môj príbuzný "rakovinár" považujú "tesnú" antikoaguláciu za hovadinu. (Obaja sa vyznajú a vedia aj po "énglicky".) Podľa nich existuje iba "čiastočná" alebo "úplná" antikoagulácia. Čo si z toho vybrať závisí na výsledku hádzania mincou (orol/hlava) resp. prekladateľovi. Asi skôr pôjde o úplnu. Treba konzultovať s tým neznabohom, čo to písal. To je najistejšie. Ak sa to vôbec samozrejme dá - doktori sú mimoriadne hákliví na seba... a ktor nie je?!?!?!
