Se trata de una escritura de constitución de una S.A. en Paraguay. Se nombra a los asistentes, detallando que algunos lo hacen mediante un poder. La frase es:
.." en carácter de APODERADA, de conformidad al PODER que le fue otorgado en la ciudad de xxx, según testimonio debidamente legalizado y repuesto de la escritura pública de fecha zz/zz/zz."

La duda es REPUESTO... el TESTIMONIO es una CERTIFIED COPY.

In other words the testimony has been made the subject of a notarised document

NB: it may be wrong to call it a public deed, in which case "public notarial document" might be better

Considero que le término "repuesto" puede reemplazarse por una estructura que transmita lo mismo y no arriesgarse a cambiar el sentido. Al fin y al cabo, es la escritura XXX la que "contiene" el texto al que nos referimos.

What is the target country for the translation? Either way, I think this context calls for 'public record / register', rather than 'deed'.
