This a from a training manual for car dealerships. The "Kulanz" should be translated as "goodwill", but the best that I can come up with for "Kulanzanfrage" is "goodwill claim". If anyone has any suggestions or can confirm "goodwill claim", I'd be very grateful. Thanks!

goodwill request
Explanation:
An inquiry/enquiry would be inappropriate as this term precedes a quotation, while request emphasizes the voluntary nature of complying.

goodwill enquiry

Explanation:

I think

Explanation:
it's plain 'customer service'. Its based on customer requests/claims/inquiries and cost-free (kulant) by its nature

Participants should become familiar with the new processing system for customer service and be able to define its purpose

Explanation:
Just an idea that may help. [Our car is currently at the dealership for repairs, so we are driving a no-charge "loaner" bearing a large sticker on the rear windshield: "A VW South Courtesy Vehicle".
I also like Maureen's suggestion.
Good luck!
