Hello Sagitario14:
After I read your question, I learned that you really don’t ask for the translation of the term “qualification”. Your point is about the expression: “to manage teams, freelance or set up a business.”
ANALYSIS
In this expression, from my point of view, the three key concepts are: “teams”, “freelance” and “set up a business”.
Frequently, the universities that offer “essential business skills”, they form the future graduates to work:
1) In team.
2) As a freelance.
3) To set up a business/enterprise”
BILINGUAL VOCABULARY
The English term “team” = in Spanish: “equipo”.
The English term “freelance” = in Spanish: “independiente”, “independientemente”, “por su cuenta”
The English expression: “set up a business” = in Spanish “establecer un negocio”, “fundar una empresa”, “establecer o fundar una compañía”.
You can see more about the expression “set up” reading the explanation that Collins English Spanish Bilingual Dictionary gives at: http://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english-spanish/...
MY SUGGESTION:
After the previous analysis, my suggestion is to translate: “…to manage teams, freelance or set up a business” like “…para trabajar en equipo, independientemente o establecer un negocio (o fundar una empresa).”
Other option: “…para trabajar en equipo, en forma independiente o establecer un negocio (o fundar una empresa).”
I hope this proposal helps you in your work.
Regards
Domingo

equipos de trabajo
as they're talking about "essential business skills," I'd say "equipos de trabajo" gives a better idea of what is meant by "teams" than "equipos de personas"

gestionar equipos de trabajo, trabajar independientemente o crear su propio negocio
If this is the phrase the asker is trying to translate. The original is using the word "freelance" as a verb.
