Relevant example from Google:
Namn på nästa bevakningsdatum i ärendet.
I've seen follow-up date and watch date (the latter might be software terminology), but does anyone know which term is actually used by courts?
TIA

follow-up date
The term, as it is used in Swedish, is a general term, not specific to certain types of cases, so the English term should reflect this.

Comment: "I'll go with this since it headed a column referring to various decisions made on different dates in a court diary. Thanks for your comments everyone"
2 hrs
date by/on which a decision comes into effect/execution date
The exact terminology depends on the decision.
My point is that I haven't been able to come up with a noun as in Swedish but rather a whole series of phrases comes to mind for you to chose from

: Date decision goes into effect vs. execution date don't have identical meanings; the former implies the way is clear to start implementing the decision, whereas in the latter scenario the action (carrying out the decision) is completed on the key date.

case management (disposal) date
- based on the asker's extra info.
A CMC: case management conference in the UK and US . in court with both sides - would help track the progress of a case.
Otherwise, in insolvency, coudl be the date for lodging a proof of debt or also a probate (Scots: confirmation of Will) date cf. Gullberg's dictionary entries.
Disposal date is ambiguous for disposal of property, so maybe prefix with case.
Note, in E&W, a notice of disposal is a process for applying to pay off a judgment debt by instalments.

Discussion
'Execution date' of the previous decision/court order is probably ok to cover most eventualities as we don't have more info
