Grazie - ciao :-)
neutral JudyC : The reference might be the Winx Club. Layla/Aisha is the "water fairy". See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winx_Club

I see - well, you could be right - inadequate context given, etc.!

Reference:

fata dei fluidi... Is this relevant at all?

The full Italian expression is 'fata dei fluidi', which does not make any sense in Italian, unless there is any reason in your context for this to refer to a Winx character called 'The Fairy of Waves' as found online.

Hi Rod!
No prob. I was intrigued by the name (extremely unappealing in Italian, as the first thing that came to my mind was biofluids...), so I did a quick search on the web, and that is what I found.
Note from asker:
You're absolutely right -- it is the Winx. Thanks for bringing that to my attention!

Yep! Thanks, Judy!
agree Rachel Fell : yes, have to say on reading the Asker's question above a bit better, it is fata dei fluidi, but I'd say it's stretching it a bit to call it "feminine fashion"! ;-)

I know. I haven't the faintest what this is really about. And the 'fluidi' thing? Well... urgh... Grazie e buonanotte, Rachel.
