Here is the context: a company group is breaking into various companies and they are separating their IT applications (that used to be centralized) so that each company has their own application. So, in the list of the projects they have accomplished, they say:

reprise de la Gestion du Collatéral sur Dérivés, Reprise de Fermat (outil central pour la gestion des risques), Alimentation des Market Data
reprise de l'infrastructure Sharepoint et des différents sites utilisés par les équipes CompanyA
reprise de l'outil de gestion de projet Clarity

I'm in doubt - does "reprise" here mean something like "migration of application X"? To me, it doesn't seem like it would make too much sense to say they had resumed "application X".
