: Your link is unfortunately incomplete (if you add an "http://" in front it may work). The alternative is to search google.ch (note country!) for 'Abschreibungsbeschluss "order of termination"' (without single but with double quotes) - first result is it.

: I've never heard of "Abschreibung" being applied to a bankruptcy case as "depreciation" - I'd need a watertight reference to accept this!
