I am translating a report about an elderly man who was admitted to hospital with various symptoms...
Here is the context:
PEC SMUR non médicalisé pour malaise à domicile sans PC en post prandial immédiat avec prodromes à type de nausées, sueurs, paleur et tremblements.
Valvuloplastie par TAVI le 10/12 avec BAV complete lors de l'intervention ayant nécessité la pose d'un PMK.
Décrit une asthénie depuis 48h avec frissons + fievre non prise à domicile.
I am sure I have come across this phrase somewhere before, I thought it meant "self-assessed", but what is the correct way of putting this into English?
