English to Russian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Contract

It is further agreed between the Parties that this Agreement pertains only to the confidentiality of the Confidential Information relating to the Purpose and the related matters expressly stated herein, that no contract or agreement with respect to the Purpose or any other possible transaction or business relationship shall be deemed to exist unless and until a definitive agreement has been executed between the Parties in respect of the Purpose.
