Certificate of Incorporation
Another way of saying it might be Registered Articles of Incorporation or, if you know the "escritura pública" was issued by a notary rather than a public registry, Notarized Articles of Association, or Incorporation, or Incorporation Documents.

Notarized Articles of Incorporation
I'm pretty sure of it. The concept of “constitución social” (incorporation here in USA) may have one or two shapes: a brief exposition of the incorporated entity (Articles of Incorporation) or a detailed summary of the corporation's functions, officers, etc. (bylaws).
The second element in the title (“escritura pública”) points to a local or regional legal mechanism (notarized articles of incorporation, perhaps?) that may or may not be required in American states (certainly not in Ohio, where I live and where I incorporated my practice).

Example sentence:

Notarial Articles of Incorporation
Context would help. Depends on the type of business organization the company is changing to, i.e. becoming incorporated, entering a partnership agreement, etc. In the case of the latter, Notarial Partnership Agreement would work.
Escritura Pública de Constitución Social is wordier version of Escritura Social / Constitutivo. Constitución Social is the same as Constitución de la Sociedad.

Not exactly. Nor even the same as Certificate of Incorporation.

(BrE) Notarial Deed of the Shareholders' Agreement (Arts. of Assoc.)
Estatuto: the name and duration clause suggests this is the (BrE) Memorandum of Association that is normally the one subscribed by the company promoters alias founders.
Not they, but the Companies Registrar, would sign a cert. of incorp.
I guess this Escritura is a separate doc.
Articles of Incorp. are AmE. and it would be a Noatrial Instrument vs. a Deed that connotes land only.
