Dans le passage suivant, je ne vois pas comment traduire " right out of any amount " :
"The CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PRINCIPAL for and against any losses, damages, liabilities and costs which PRINCIPAL may suffer or occur in connection with or resulting from any lien, charge, hold or similar claim or encumbrance upon the EQUIPMENT which any third party may hereafter claim or file as security for or against or in discharge of, debt, liability or charge which the CONTRACTOR may be alleged to or to such third Party, and PRINCIPAL shall have the right out of any amount, invoice by or otherwise due to the CONTRACTOR, any amount necessary to compensate an indemnify PRINCIPAL for all such losses, damages, liabilities and costs."

The 'out of any amount' ('de toute somme') is a separate issue here.
The problem you have is that there is a verb missing in your source text: we don't know WHAT the 'Principal' has the right to do — though of course, from the context, it fairly obviously must mean 'to deduct' or soemthing along those lines.
I hope now the parsing is corrected you will be able to arrive at the solution you need, though you will probably have to check with your client about the missing text (it looks like the sentence has been clumsily edited!)

No, because Asker's question is incorrectly parsed, and 'amount' (if needed) would be a second term (rule 2.3)

Avez-vous copié-collé le texte? Je note aussi qu'il manque un d à "...and indemnify PRINCIPAL". Il serait important de vérifier que tout est bien là, ce qui pourrait modifier notre analyse de vos questions et vous assurer de meilleures réponses.
There is a verb missing, which is probably what is confusing you:
"PRINCIPAL shall have the right ... [to deduct] any amount necessary to compensate ..."
I have inserted an appropriate verb in [ ] , but of course other verbs might be possible.
So the Principal can 'prélever' (from the amounts of money defined) any sums needed in order to be able to 'indemniser' someone else
