@Małgorzata Wbrew pozorom trudne pytanie. Przerost można stwierdzić tylko w badaniu histopatologicznym. Tutaj dałbym po prostu "enlargment" albo "outgrowth" (bo to USG, hyperplasia to z kolei "rozrost").
