MRN

English to Italian Medical Medical: Cardiology
Su proz MRN medical record number= numero cartella clinica, ma poi in seguito trovo Hospital ID e Hospital No con lo stesso numero del MRN e ho anche study ID e in questo caso con un altro numero, da qui il mio dubbio. In sintesi, a mio avviso all'interno della struttura ospedaliera a ogni paziente corrisponderà un numero e magari il paziente in questione sarà registrato e rintracciabile attraverso questo numero anche in altre strutture ospedaliere.
Forse si tratta del "codice identificativo del paziente"?

Patient ID (Internal ID): ci sono due possibilità sulla base della configurazione del gateway. Gli ID dei pazienti possono essere in- terpretati come MRN (Medical Record Number) o come Patient Account Number.

a quanto risulta in rete si tratta di un numero specifico di un paziente per una singola struttura (cioè visite di vario tipo, ricoveri ecc. in un unico centro/ospedale); vedi per es, qui:he medical record number is organization specific.
