Asker: cloud-agnostic：是说不依赖哪家云的，所以译成“与云无关”完全没有问题。若有兴趣，您可以查查hardware-agnostic或platform-agnostic之类的译法，基本上都是译成“与......无关”。译成“不可知”，那还是免了吧。

agree  Rocky Stone: 同意第一种译法。后一句是接上一句的，就是编排平台应具有可以自由跨越云边界的工具。cloud-agnostic应该是指不受云技术/平台限制，觉得“与云无关”不够准确。
