Communicating Sensitive Information in Suvoda Customer Care Tickets
As a reminder, sensitive information (such as unblinding information in a double-blind trial) needs to be sent to [email protected]s a new email thread where only individuals who should access that information are included.
If a team member ever needs to be removed from a thread, a Suvoda Customer Care agent can remove identified individual upon request in our electronic ticketing system.
Removing CC’d team members when replying to a ticket via email will not remove those users from the ticket.
Any user added to a ticket will be able to see the entire contents of the ticket.
Example:
An email to [email protected]reates a ticket with all users in the email thread included (both blinded and unblinded team members) and ****discussion of unblinding information**** is required to resolve the ticket.
In instances such as this one, we recommend that the unblinding information be sent as separate email to [email protected]nd a reference to the existing ticket number be included in the body of the new email for traceability.
This action will create a separate ticket in our electronic ticketing system, ensuring that the unblinded information needed to resolve the ticket is not shared with blinded team members.
