Discussion

Asmaa Hussein Nov 23, 2020:
Panel meeting Initial youth offender panel meeting (panel meeting) – the first meeting between the
child and the two volunteer panel members to consider and agree the content of
the Referral Order. Panel meetings are intended to be less formal than court, to
encourage the child to engage more fully in discussion around their offending and
take an active part in negotiating a contract.

A warning letter (can be sent maximum two times) informing the young offender that he is not compliant with the contract conditions of panel meeting.
I think I dont need to remind you what panel meeting is since you are in UK
assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/746365/referral-order-guidance-9-october-2018.pdf

suggestions :

So you can use any of these options either
شروط = conditions
شروط الاتفاق = the conditions of contract
قرار اللجنة = order (of panel meeting)
قرارات اللجنة = orders of panel meeting
Then we have

In Arabic we have the Juvenile court or young offender's court محكمة الاحداث but maybe the panel meeting is not available in some countries. Thats why you are going to find many different answers.

I hope this is useful .
Ready to clarify any information if needed and ready to answer more questions .

agree Asmaa Hussein : reach – action or non-action by the child contrary to the requirements of a criminal court order above an agreed threshold. The consequence of such action will result in the child being referred back to the court for possible “breach action” by the cour
