PROCEEDINGS OF DIRECTORS
23. The quorum at a Directors' meeting shall be two (2) Directors. In calculating the quorum the total number of Directors shall be considered whether present at the time in the Netherlands or not.
24. Without prejudice to Regulation 66 of Part I of the First Schedule, all meetings and decisions of the Directors shall be held and taken in the Netherlands.
