"Hallazgos sugestivos de útero congestivo con imagen hipodensa en cavidad endometrial"
Any suggestions on "congestivo" in this context?
I had considered "congested uterus," but it does not seem to be commonly used in English. Most sources that do use it are quite old.
Many of the Spanish sources seem odd or are referring to the cervix being "congestivo" rather than the uterus:

Pelvic Congestion Syndrome
Hello Hanna. I found this term in many medical pages and the explanation for "pelvic congestion syndrome" coincides with the explanation for "útero congestivo" in Spanish. It means that there are pelvic varicose veins that can cause pain.
