I understand your position. I ticked the box ChatGPT in my criteria out of curiosity, to see what the AI would come to.
This is a proposition given by a well-trained tool, that we can't ignore, despite all our mistrust.
I totally agree with you: there is no "one size fits all" in translation. However, when we ask questions here, gathering as many options as possible is the goal. We then have to make our choice. Plus, some of the answers, might not be suited for our current project, but we can keep it in mind for future ones. That's the great value of this platform to me.

Have you noticed WHAT (I didn't say WHO on purpose) is this "Answerer". Starting with its name?
Check the profile - an obviously fictive nonsensical "contact address" (house number 600 in a tiny place of 124 inhabitant, as much credible as the rest ...), the "answerer's website" being a wiki page about a FICTIONAL "research project". And so on.

About the "answer"

Any "answer" that claims, with maximum confidence level but without any references whatsoever, that any 4 word string is ALWAYS translated in the same way should immediately activate alarm bells. That's not how human language works.

The "answer" is plain obviously lifted from some unquoted source related to selling (clue: "the transfer of ownership or rights upon the completion of a payment")

I'm just curious to know WHERE do you see any selling in this ST?

If there are any seller or buyer in this ST, they are doing a damn job of hiding themselves.
