Imagina!
Yellow Tail = Cola Amarilla??? The menu, is from a Japanese restaurant wishing to translate their menu items for an upper end Mexican clientele

Some possiblities.

http://www.fishbase.org gives Elagatis bipinnulata as the most likely guess for a North American fish by that name.

Assuming it's from the Carribean, here are the possiblities.
Macarela (Dom. Rep.), Peje rata, Pejerata, Pez rata or Zapatero ligereto (Venez.), Salmón (several Carribbean nations), Salmonete (Central America). If it's from the Pacific, there are several other possiblities; you can explore them by a search at the above site.

Rabirrubia

When it comes to fish, you will always get multiple names and possibilities, depending on the regions. But since this is for a Noth Americann restaurant menu, I am fairly confident this is the yellowtail snapper.
