| subsidarity لامركزية Explanation: A thorough corpus search reveals that لامركزية is the ideal translation in almost all register fields .The term means the exercise of power at the lowest feasible level ,whether in politics ,economics ,religious institutions .etc so we have such coocurrences as :economic subsidiarity ,trade subsidiarity ,political subsidiarity and religious subsidiarity ,all of which revolve in the same semantic and terminological domain and can safely have this Arabic equivalent. تبعية is a wrong translation and may even lead to the opposite meaning since the exercise of power at the lowest institutional level means the independency of the decentralized levels rather than their dependency on the higher levels . |
