It is very bad written slang sentences which miss many vowels and punctuation marks. Moreover, there are consecutive pronouns refer to different people without clarifying which is which...

When they [I do not know whether they refers to protesters at Mohamed Mahmoud Street or to those who attack their stand whether they are people or media] attack [it seems that it is verbal attack of public opinion], they [for sure this refers to the protesters there] say they [others] falsely accuse us

They (protesters at Mohamed Mahmoud St.) attack those who do not agree to their stand by saying whatever attributed to us is false claim or false accusation
According to the second choice there is a conjunction word missing
