概述
预付费电能表是用以测量、监控和管理有功电能的新一代智能化仪表。采用大规模集成电路完成预付费电度表的各项功能和数据的存贮与传输；采用加密逻辑IC卡及动态加密方法，确保用电数据的安全性；具有防窃电、电表状况监控和用电数据回抄等功能。

主要功能
＊ 累计用电量记录功能：记录范围0000000.0～9999999.9kWh，超过9999999.9kWh则翻转为0000000.0kWh。
＊ 累计购电量记录功能：从设置后开始累计购电量的值，范围为0000000～9999999kWh，超过9999999kWh则翻转为0000000kWh。
＊ 剩余电量计算功能：自动加购买电量、自动减用电量，剩余电量范围-999～9999kWh，超过9999kWh视为数据越界，则拒绝接受；低于-999则常显“- - - F”，当显示出现负值时应及时更换仪表。
＊ 限定功率功能及超功率次数记录：可设定限定功率值大小，当超过此限定功率（平均功率）则拉闸提示，并记录一次超功率次数，用户需要插入购电卡方可恢复供电。在以后购电中可以更改限定功率值（0～9999W）。
＊ 电量控制功能：可设定显示预警电量值和拉闸预警电量值（0～9999kWh），当剩余电量等于或小于显示预警值，则数码管常显剩余电量（若为三相表则还可输出报警信号）给予提示；当剩余电量等于或小于拉闸预警电量值，若为单相表则拉闸给予提示，若为三相表则输出拉闸信号，控制电流断路器切断电流给予提示，此时用户插入购电卡仍可恢复用电；若剩余电量等于或小于零时，用户若无再次购电则无法恢复供电。
＊ 非正常插卡记录：使用非法购电卡时，电表将记录其插卡次数。若使用清除卡，且按住强制清除键时，则电表内参数将被清零，但电表将自动记录下清除卡的卡号备案。
＊ 剩余电量查询功能：用户插入购电卡可显示表内剩余电量值。
＊ 数据回抄功能：当插入抄表卡时，表内的用电数据及用户信息将回读到卡中，同时数码管逐帧显示这些数据，此卡中的数据可回读到系统中去。当插入购电卡时，则可将表内的用电数据回读到卡中，再次购电时用电数据可读入管理系统中去，作为供电管理用。
＊ 自监控功能：监控内部硬件及软件的功能，如有故障则常显“Err”并回抄出错代码（电表状况）。
＊ 异常用电检测功能（可选项）：能检测表外分流，一线一地等异常用电状况，并记录在异常用电时间，在读卡时写入卡内，用户购电时，写卡机可读入系统。




DY32 Series of the Prepayment Watt-hour Meter [ Order ]

Summarize:
The new generation of the prepayment series watt-hour meters series integrates the function of measuring, monitoring and managing the active electricity. With the Large-scale integration these meters have all the functions of ordinary prepayment meters and capable to store and transmit the data. For the security sake of consuming data, the method of dynamic logic intensed IC card is adopted. The meters include the other functions: temper-proof, meter monitoring and data-read back, etc.
Main functions:
1、Accumulation of energy consuming records:
Scope: 0000000.0~9999999.9kwh.Reset to 0000000.0kwh when exceeds 9999999.9kwh.
2、Accumulation of energy purchase records:
It adds up the total amount of purchasing since the first setting. Scope: 0000000~9999999kwh.Reset to 0000000kwh when exceeds 9999999kwh.
3、Calculation of the remaining energy:
Automatically add up the purchasing amount and minus the using amount. The remaining energy range is from –999kwh~9999kwh. Should it goes beyond 9999kwh, it will be refused as beyond the mark; should below the –999,＂---F＂will appear and meters need to be examined.
4、Power limitation × records of over-power:
Power limitation can be set personally, should the power limitation is exceeded, the switch trips and records the times of over power. The electricity supply will resume only after the electricity-purchase card is inserted. The power limitation can be reset
5、Energy control
The show prewarning and trip prewarning energy value can be settable. Should the remaining energy below the remaining energy, the digital tube ordinarily shows the remaining energy (The three phases watt-hour meter shows the trip signal), When the remaining energy under the trip prewarning energy: the single phase meter trip and the three phase meter output the “trip signal then the breaker repute the current .Here, the electricity will resume if the purchasing card is inserted. Should the remaining energy stay at or below zero, the consumer need to purchase electricity for power supply.
6、Recording of unmorally insert of card: When the illegal purchase card is used, the meter will record the times it is used. If the cleaning card is inserted or the key＂delete＂pressed ,the parameter inside is reset to zero, but the number of the cleaning card will be recorded.
7、 Remaining energy query: When the purchase card is inserted, the remaining energy can be displayed.
8、Data read back : When the Data collect card is inserted, the consuming data &the consumer’s information will be read into the collect card and these data in the card as well as be reread into the management system. Meanwhile, the digital tube will show these data one by one.
