: Yes. Language - Simplified Chinese (usually not s-), characters - Simplified Chinese characters. There is no official combination beween SC and M&S.

: I never know that we have our own set of SC characters. There should be no differences. And isn't TC more common in Malaysia? All confused now...

: In term of translation, this is correct. But I think the meaning of this is the "understandable version of Chinese" by malaysian and singaporean chinese. But no point though, as Malaysian can read both. and we don't really look into this issue.
