IT-manager
I believe coordinator is OK but not the person who really is taking the heat if something goes wrong, therefore my suggestion.

: I'd choose this one. 'Fag' and 'den ansvarlige' are Danish expressions that both cover many concepts in English - and together can sound extremely woolly! The buck stops with the manager, with or without Danish shyness of sounding like the 'big boss'.

Mon ikke det kan bruges?

subject manager
This could also be an option, depending on the context (more specifically than just IT).
