I think it really is as simple as that.
Where they have both storage and 'opmagasinering', storage may be a more regular service, while 'opmagasinering' may be more long term or exceptional. It is what you do with your furniture if you rent out your house while you go travelling for a year.
Or storing office equipment during the summer holiday while the offices are refurbished - not something you do every year.
