I found in a dictionary a similar expression: \"fletë varaku që tkurret në ftohtësi\", which is \"cold shrinking foil\". So the only word that is different in my answer (comparing to the dictionary) is \"Cold\", which I replaced it with \"Heat\".

I am not familiar with the context the phrase is used but I think that aluminium layer is different from heat shrinking foil therefore the correct translation would be " Leter varak qe tkurret nga nxehtesia"

: Roland, if you check with the dictionary, "foil" is translated as 1. Fletë varaku and 2. Letër varaku. So in this case, "Fletë varaku" and "Letër varaku" are just synonyms. (Eng-Alb Dictionary, P. Qesku)

This is a question... what material is this heat shrinking foil? What products is it used on? Is the heat used to conform the foil to the shape of the product? I think answers to these questions would provide a better translation... but then again that's just my opinion.
