The word "quote" was not stated. "Unquote" comes only once then the address underneath.

Can you provide more context please? Is the "unquote" preceded by a "quote" somewhere in the text?

agree Nesrin : Even though the word "quote" is not mentioned in the text, the word "unquote" is never (as far as I'm aware), used in any other sense. The short ad referred to was probably quoted from another source.
