有人将“damages"译为“损害”，也有人译为“损失”。我认为“损害”的含义比“损失”更广。“loss of profits or revenue”或“cost of capital”故然都属于损失，但对买方或最终用户而言，又都是一种损害。文中的”injury to business”就是一种损害。有时“damages"还包括人身伤害和财产破坏。所以，我趋向于将“damages"译为“损害”。

Agree with your understanding about “cost of any substitute product, facilities or services ”. In addition, the first “such damages” is also parallel with “claims of customers for such damages”. In other words, the sentence can be viewed as “We are not responsible for such damages or claims of customers for such damages.” The term “customers” here usually refers to “Buyer’s customers”. "Claims of customers” are among so-called “consequential damages”.
