spiked
A pool of oligonucleotides corresponding to the LC-CDR3 sequence of the target LC is constructed. The synthesis of the oligonucleotides is *spiked* so over the length of the CDR3 it is synthesized with a ratio of 90% wild-type nucleotide and 2. 5% of each of A, C, G and T to give an oligonucleotide pool of FR3-LC/CDR3*-FR4.

Es wird dann nicht doped, sondern tatsächlich als spiked bezeichnet. Es wird oft zu Analysezwecken gemacht, um bei einem Entgiftungsverfahren durch einen absichtlich zugefügten Bestandteil zu demonstrieren, dass das Verfahren funktioniert.
