Deferral of Interest: During the Standstill Period, interest, commissions, fees (other than legal expenses), costs and other expenses in respect of Facilities will continue to accrue and be charged at the rates and for the periods and on the dates applicable provided for in Existing Documentation save that (i) any such interest shall be charged and accrue ****at non default rates**** notwithstanding that any Credit Party may have a right to charge default rates under Existing Documentation and (ii) actual payment of any such interest, commissions, fees, costs and other expenses by the Group company liable therefor shall be deferred until the Termination Date when all such accrued interest, commissions, fees, costs and other expenses shall immediately fall due for payment to the Credit Party without demand.
