In einem Liefer- und Leistungsvertrag bin ich auf den Begriff "profit adder" gestoßen - und tappe völlig im Dunkeln.
Kann mir jemand helfen?
Hier der gesamte Abschnitt:
"Invoices between legal Entities should be raised in accordance with the requirements of XXX.
The supplying Legal Entity will be responsible for the accounting entries of the transaction. They should indicate the account distribution to be used by the purchasing Legal Entity. Disputed transactions would be resolved by means of ABC.
The Purchase Order as well as the Invoices should disclosure the cost and separated the respective Profit Adder."

"profit adder" is really not a widely used term (5 Google hits). But this site seems to indicate that "profit adder" is synonymous with "profit margin" - I think!

Zwischengewinn
Angaben dienen ja offensichtlich der Zwischengewinneliminierung da die betrachteten legal entities später zu konsolidieren sind.
Wenn nicht, dann käme Gewinnspanne infrage ( Nesrin ). Könnte man noch diskutieren ob Brutto- oder Nettogewinnspanne; würde dann eher von Netto ausgehen.
