The whole sentence is a title, and is "Moderators of grief and miscarriage". I quote from the article "(...) The factors that are generally seen as moderating the direction and strength of the relationship of bereavement and grief include the nature of the relationship between the bereaved and the deceased (...). These general factors are used as on organizing schema to kake a somewhat arbitrary division of the potential moderators identified in the literature on miscarriage and grief."
I don't know how to translate it into Italian, I'm trying with "moderatore", but I dont' know if it's correct. The Web shows no occurrencies of this term in this context.
