English to Russian Other Law: Contract(s)

If Operator disposes of any Joint Property or if any other credit or adjustment is made to the Joint Account during the Default Period, Operator (or the notifying Party if Operator is a Defaulting Party) shall be entitled to apply the Defaulting Party’s Participating Interest share of the proceeds of such disposal, credit, or adjustment against the Total Amount in Default (against first the interest and then the principal) and toward the establishment of the Reserve Fund, if applicable.
