English to Russian Tech/Engineering Petroleum Eng/Sci Training manual:Slickline Equipment

OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this task, the employee should be able to:
1. Testing, well head equipment, according to POM criteria.

THEORIES:
1. Explain Test Pressure Ratings versus Working Pressure Ratings.
2. Knowledge of Quality File of Well Head Equipment.
3. Knowledge of necessary checks and test for proper Well Head Equipment Certification.
4. What are the two types of tests that can be performed on well head equipment at the well site?
5. Explain well induced testing. What criteria’s need to be met, to be able to perform well induced testing?
6. Surface induced must be carried out with what type of fluid? What other mixture of fluid will be tolerated?

PRACTICALS:
1. Tear down and rebuild, local Well Head Equipment ( BOP’s, Stuffing Box, etc. )
2. On site certification’s of all personnel and Well Head Equipment pertaining to job at hand
3. Function test and documentation of BOP’s.
4. Under supervision, test local Well Head Equipment, to Rated Test Pressure and according to the POM criteria for said equipment.
