Čini mi se da je značenje to da će se uslov iz servisne garancije Dobavljača koji je povoljniji od uslova predviđenih glavnim Ugovorom primenjivati na taj ugovor, ali me buni ovo "in addition to".
Verovatno se misli na kumulaciju uslova (i uslov iz garancije i uslov iz ugovora), ali ne znam kako to da formulišem.
Čini mi se da je značenje to da će se uslov iz servisne garancije Dobavljača koji je povoljniji od uslova predviđenih glavnim Ugovorom primenjivati na taj ugovor, ali me buni ovo "in addition to".

: Nepravilno je reći/napisati "dodatno/dodatak u odnosu na", tu nema poređenja, dodatak je nečemu, u ovom slučaju stavovima 1-4, ne može biti dodatak u odnosu na stavove
